With any wine tastings, private bookings or large exclusive area reservations at Bedales Wines, we require a deposit of £50 for groups smaller than 10 & £100 for groups 10 or more in order to hold any space for private booking. This will be redeemed against your total bill upon payment. This allows us to manage expectations, and solidify any bookings as confirmed.
Deposits are nonrefundable, with flexible discretion given to the events manager. If you cancel more than two weeks prior to the booking, the deposit can be transferable to another date within three months of the original booking.
For tastings & set menus, we require confirmation of guest count 48 hours prior to your booking for any amendments. You will be charged according to the guest count we have on record at that time, even if not all guests attend the event.
No events are confirmed until deposits have been received & confirmation sent from a Bedales’ member of staff. By submitting deposit, all T&Cs are agreed upon.
Any event or party hosted in our First Floor Tasting Room at Bedales of Borough will incur a minimum spend of £100 per hour (non inclusive of a 12.5% service charge). If the final bill happens to fall short, we will simply charge the remainder as a hire fee for the space.
All private wine tastings in the First Floor Tasting Room are allocated the private room for 3 hours. Tastings are expected to last for 90-120 minutes. For each additional hour in the room beyond the 3 hours allocated, will incur a £50 room hire fee.
Toilets for Bedales at Spitalfields are operated & maintained by Spitalfields Market and not Bedales Wines, and are located outside of the bar.
