Chef’s Three Course Family-Style Menu (Winter)

First Course, all dishes served:

Chicken liver mousse crostini with caramelized shallots

House smoked salmon with winter citrus, pickled beetroot, & crème fraiche – GF

Gnocchi alla Romana with sheeps milk ricotta & fried sage – V

Served with assorted breads from Borough Market

Second Course, select two dishes to be served:

Roast Beef – DF, GF

Braised Lamb Shoulder – DF, GF

Chicken Galantine – DF, GF

Winter Mushroom Ragout – V, DF, GF

Accompaniments: roasted potatoes with rosemary, creamy polenta, chilli-garlic brussels sprouts, fennel mustard, mint sauce, pickled onions, & fresh horseradish cream – V & GF

Third Course, select one dish to be served:

Chocolate bouchon with sea salt, olive oil, and orange crème fraiche – V

or

Brioche bread pudding with seasonal fruit – V

Select 2 canapé styles from below for £12 or 3 for £18 per person,  price includes nuts & olives on arrival

Beef tartare on a potato crisp with green goddess – DF, GF

House smoked salmon on sourdough with everything spice & crème fraiche

Tarragon Chicken Roulade with aioli

Picked crab salad on endive – GF

Roasted butternut squash on puff pastry with walnut pesto – V

Beetroot & goat’s curd mini quiche – V

Add selection of 5 cheeses sourced from Borough Market to the canapé package for £6 per person
